6.4/10Very interesting model from Audio-Technica. Best mids and soundstage ever heard from such type of phones. Treble are very good, but not so clear and detailed as i wanted to hear...
Undoubtedly best in-ear phones for classic music. Weak bass makes this phones useless for POP, ROCK, DRUM&BASS and other BASS based music...

5.8/10If you're searching for an earphone with great mids, treble and soundstage look no further. These earphones remind me of the K501, except portable. The soundstaging and mid/treble detail in particular are excellent. The bass is however lacking, but this is characteristic of earphones in general. They do however have the best bass I have heard from an earphone. Being that this is an overall comparison, I rated the bass wanting. Being solid titanium the build quality and durability are also significantly above average. I have not heard the CM7 (Aluminum) for comparison.
